Do you have the experience to report issues to the custom services?
I suggest you don't waste time to do it.
Because it is Absolutely useless!
The experience of me....
I report my problem to them,if the issue is easy to answer,they will answer me soon
But if the issues is about money,or some Challenging problem,their answer always keep silent about major charges while admitting minor ones!
For example,two month ago,I purchase gold,but it disappear without use it to buy any items!
I report it to the service,they ask me do some thing to prove it!
After I prove this situation ,they ask me another proof!
Anyway ,they are not believe the player!
This time I find out a serious problem about boss bag!
No one can believe it... Open over 100 bags in five minutes but get no 10th contraband !
I report it to service...
Until now...four days pass ,but no any answer to me!
Their Indifference let me feel despair!
I don't know ...we spend lot of money to play it,why this company can't understand ..our support is the most
important key of this game.....
Forget it..if they still would not face this issue and keep indifference to me,this is the last time that I play it

If you lost money due to a mistake or needed a refund and stated that, specific information would be needed for an employee to be able to take care of you and follow procedures.... If what you say is "proof" isn't proof in the companies eyes, sorry... sol

Serious problem about Boss Bags? No such thing, it's a game, a free game, and an event in that game. People get busy,
deal with it. You spend a lot of money on this game? I doubt it. You're important? Only to your family.

Don't like the game? Don't play it.

You opened a ticket because you didn't get a 10th contraband after spending gold? You are aware that there was never a guarantee that you would receive a 10th contraband even if you spent gold, right? I mean, you understand how gambling works, don't you?

I have had nothing but exemplary customer service from Funzio, sometimes it takes a day or two but I have only positive things to say about the customer service department.

Your issues arent all customer service issues either.

They dont run events or program them or make the rules.

They are there to help resolve problems and they do that very well.

Same here. Funzio has been great. I got my panties in a bunch for a day or two over that M4A1 thing, but I quickly got over it. It's not a huge deal and I still enjoy playing the game. That change hasn't affected my playing style whatsoever.

Funzio does take a while to respond from time to time, but such is life. I guess some people just feel entitled and think they deserve an answer immediately. In any event, I have nothing but good things to say about Funzio's support team.

My only complaint with Funzio is that they seem to be resting on their laurels a little bit. Maybe it's because Crime City is reaching the end of it's life (hope not) but they don't seem to be adding much new stuff. The events are cool, but they've all been identical. Hopefully, some of the suggestions that have been thrown out on this board will make it into the game.

I know to open the bag need some luck chance!
They put on 3 options ,one is low chance ,the other is middle chance ,open with money,the last one is 100% chance..
Everyone know what means is the 100% chance ,do you?
If the Funzio tell us what chance to open the bag and get the contraband at first,I will not so angry!
I support this game and usually spend money to play it,but I don't like they earn my money with cheat!
Even just only 1%to get the contraband,I will get it....but I got it after open 143 bags with gold,do you think this is gamble?
It is cheat,ok?

Our complaint just want they can think more...more about player's situation .
Without player,this game is nothing

I can say a lot , but nothing bad about Funzio customer service , if it was any other after the burner event trouble.
I would have said Ugly words and deleted the app.

Sorry luckyer but , the event is like gambling , there is no garantee when the 10th one will come or not come .
Even with gold spent , Anyway did you make a funzio ID in the game ? Before you purchase gold.
If not strongly recommended, but anyway nowadays they have beter server client relationship to track stuff.

But you don't want to know how much fake purchases there are . For every real customer there are 6 cheaters.

Exactly, the issues that most people have with Funzio are understandable but have nothing to do with the customer service end of things.

Yes. Customer service has nothing to do with the in-game play or process. I have had GREAT responses from customer service.

I dont mean to derail your thread, but I have had probably over 20 tickets by now, (Honest to God, they just answered one as I was writing this) and all 20 if not more, have been solved they way you would hope and sometimes when the issue is big, they give you an incentive to keep you happy.
As for how long it took? Most were solved within the 12-24 hour range, but you have to consider, these guys aren't Sony, or Microsoft to have 24 hour customer service (and even they don't have round the clock service), funzio staff take time to relax on weekends, thus the longer 2 day wait time. Easier problems to solve are answered quicker, the harder ones logically would take longer.

Like Nicholost said, you cant expect anything during an event, because like they say, the closer to the goal you are the harder to get the reward. I myself felt lucky because I won an iTunes $50 gift card(plus another $50 Macaroni Grill gift card stapled together) when I went bowling from a really hard arcade game (key master if any of you are wondering), feeling lucky during the emerald event, I used that and added another 50 from my credit card, + the 380 I had left saved up, I had 8 emeralds and didn't get my 9th with that much spent.

I have had three contacts with Customer Support and despite my gold purchases being accidental clicks which are really my fault, they have always fixed it for me.. This is great since I haven't bought gold, just tapjoyed to collect, so its not like they are fixing an issue for just a paying customer, but will fix it for the non buyers as well...

I've put in two tickets and got prompt, satisfactory resolution both times. I can only say good things about Funzio Customer Support.

Reinstall it. Everything is stored server side so nothing will be gone.

They should also respond by email when they have solved the issue. May or may not be in your favor. I'm not sure how they deal with those issues. I have had good responses for issues. Even when the issue was my fault. ***** (5 star customer service)

So far Awesome Customer service, the only hickup was when the m4 when missing from invintory, and CCM made things happen. I had a missclick for the last event, they gave me back my 15 TJ gold after the event. Like Will said 5 Star CS.
