So Two Images Both are my accounts, Both are building NCs. One is a lot cheaper to finish with gold, Note the time remaining. Do lower levels get a break on finishing builds with gold?

Doesn't make much sense. Have seen gold cost drop as it got closer to finishing but, not go up.
