I'm a fairly new player at level 28 , I seen a player at the same level with 431 super hornets. Is it possible to have that many at that level with 150 missions completed and 300 fights/raids? If so how can I get that much valor?

Just a note, the Super Hornets are 350 valor and you can't even get them until you have a level 2 advanced airbase, and can't get the airbase until level 40.
During this event I levelled up from 38 to 43 so was able to finally get some. I likely picked up about 9-10,000 valor over the past week and sitting on around 6000 waiting for my shipyard to upgrade.
If he has an airbase, he's been playing for quite awhile. Used to be able to get it at some lower level prior to my starting, not sure which level tho. Also true for the dry docks. Have to wait for lvl 65 now.

Just reached my 1000th super hornet. Took me from op 76 to 216 to do it. As for the player you are referring to if all his attacks were towards completing the valor missions I still don't think the math adds up. Toward completing 150 and above for the ops you get about 6-7 hornets. Once you reach 200 however the rewards drop to about 5 hornets and stays steady at 2000 valor. Only the number of opponents you have to defeat changes. The two different ops where you have to defeat opponents without losing a fight disappear completely. And the number of allies for the parameters stay at 499.

Didn't take these figures into account when I replied earlier. I did approx 300 attacks during this event and gained about 10k valor as mentioned. @ 350 per unit that's 28 super hornets so he's very likely hacking.
Go to the support area and send funzio all the stats and they will track him down. I ran across someone similar ( not SH's) and they replied that they would be keeping an eye on the person I mentioned and monitor the activity.

I don't think the numbers add up either, even with completing goals he hasn't had enough attack wins. I know tey changed the goals months ago and made them even harder so that really makes me wonder. I've seen some other odd things with players that suddenly appeared out of nowhere but with really high levels and 100's of millions of cash. One may be legit due to the insanly high number of missions won but it is odd.
