Where are all the locations of the Rusty M4A1 and the best drop rate for low enegry? Im on level 51 so I can goes as far as the Boardwalk Map. Thanks

Do boardwalk, drop is better than the junk yard. Unless you are trying to level slowly, than go to the junk yard. Junk yard location is the blue scrap box. There is one other area, will have to look, I do not remember?
