To be honest you may be best saving up for something like a rock cafe. (assuming you use tapjoy)

I am level 110. I dont plan on spending any more cash on this game for a while after the m4a1 nurf. Yes, i do use tapjoy though there isnt much left for me to do.

Either save for higher level gold buildings (more beneficial to economy) or get some crates, which can benefit your stats.

If you get an ithcy trigger finger and have to buy one of the ones you mentioned go for the smoke shop. Its the only half decent one for your level.

Be patient and wait for the rock cafe... its a game changer for your economy. Trust me! The other you mention are not.

Plus its a 12hr building so you can collect in easily without missing.

Or crates indeed! If you think about it... what does ingame money buy you that is good for PVP? Only explosives right?

So crates are a great option... but be patient and save up for the 3 for 145.
