Is the price of selling a buildning the same as when u build it? Cant the price u get for a building when selling it show, instead of just the question that say if u are sure u want to sell...?

From memory I don't think it's the same. I wish it would/did show the price before it's too late.

I think you get half of the last upgrade

When you sell a level 1 building, you'll get 1/2 of the amount you bought it for. I have no idea if this changes when you sell buildings with higher levels.

Tell you what, I've accidentally sold a couple high level buildings due to phone glitches... It sucked! lol

You get half the value including upgrades, i believe from experience the more decoration you have the higher the value of return but is typically 50% of combined level increase costs.
