Hey All...

Just thinking...

Do you play with the music ON in Crime City?

If you could make your own soundtrack what sort of music would you put to it?

What kind of music are you guys into IRL?

The Smiths, PJ Harvey, Big Black, Rudimentary Peni, & Rasputina are my all time favorites.

But I play with no in-game sounds since I'm always playing... mute it.

i jam to that stuff. :p

RLM : wide variety ranging from Notorious BIG to Avenged sevenfold.
No country or teeny pop crap.

The first thing I do after downloading a CC update is turn the music/sound effects back off (they default to on). I'm a Pandora or iPod music man myself and just let either of those play in the background.

Honestly, while I have very broad music tastes, I doubt there is any soundtrack Funzio could add that I wouldn't mute. The reason being is control over what's playing. Sometimes I play CC with my music, sometimes I play without, and sometimes I like to skip tracks. To reproduce that level of functionality and control in-game would be a significant undertaking. I would prefer for Funzio's efforts to be used elsewhere; sorted item inventory, sorted mafia list, better wall-to-wall communication functionality, etc.

Definitely Off! You're never going to find music everyone agrees to, and so many have terrible taste in music. Yes, I'm talking about you, wiseguy! ;) Although it's touching that Funzio cares enough to ask, it's not worth the effort and will just give us one more thing to complain about on the forum. Then again, I think many here aren't happy unless they're complaining. (Stole an old Army line, LOL)

Every app I have I turn the sounds and music off, I listen to dubstep, house, old school rap, some new rap, alot of trance and techno. I also like oldies and Italian music even though I am not Italian myself. Like my nose picking friend, I am on Pandora and if not Pandora I listen to my music on my phone all day.

EDIT: I forgot to mention, I also like the Beatles, Pink Floyd, Led Zeppelin, Linkin Park, no heavy hardcore metal for me though, and I also dislike country music. Open to everything else including blues, jazz, reggae, and even classical. I also love Yanni's music.

While destroying my rivals in CC I like to listen to this (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MvpZwlF-J4M)

Seriously though I have to have the in game sound off or the future Mrs Cool has a proper face on!

Accompanied by noises such as "MEEEEhhhhhhhhh"

Or Tuts and eye rolls.

Or high pitched sounds that apparently are words such as "Are you on that stupid game again"

I honestly dont even look into where the artist are from, heck my favourite trance artists one of which (ATB) isnt even american. Regarding dubstep, Mt Eden is good, Srkillex, Chasing Shadows Remixes M' Black remixes, Bare Noize remixes, I honestly dont care whos from where as long as the music satisfies my bass hunger.

Lfizzle, thanks so much for caring. The in game music is addictive but too simple. As a lowlevel player I remember thinking how eerie the string plucks were. Then when I got over level 100 I was like, "OMG you can listen to itunes music AND play crime city!!!?" So since then its been everything from Christian rap Lecrae to AFI to Blink 182 to Trance on Pandora.

Not an engineer or programmer by career yet, I have experience in accounting, it was my first job that I was mentored to do at 16, but along with the accounting my mentor knew various languages of programming that he learned on his own in Germany in his younger days. Since he was also taking care of the programming side of things and I was doing the work that he didnt have time for, I kinda had to learn a little bit of everything so I could keep up. When the next college semester started, I took both Accounting and Computer Science (C++), I like both but I dont know if I can do any of them for the rest of my life(too dull). So I ended up getting my Realtor Licence because I've been around real estate since I was 5.

People on the internet hid behind their computers and feel much freer to say things. It's interesting though with the way social media has changed that. People are more visible and the things they say are more searchable and archived. it's changing again...and it's totally interesting.

Go liberal arts!

+1 Language major in college. Flew helos for the Army for 20 years. Now I do wargaming for them, testing new concepts in simulation. A lot more fun than it may sound. :)

I want Frendas or Joey Cools jobs. I am actually a jack-of-all trades for a small automotive publishing company, mostly sales.

Fizzle, careful wearing that hoodie in patrolled gated communities.

Surprised to see all the dubstep and mashup fans. That is definitely on the rise. That music genre has been a focus of my recent playlists. I'm a huge fan of The White Panda (more mashup focused), Pretty Lights, and of course Skrillex.

Have you seem this guy? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TvBOQK-xYy4&feature=youtube_gdata_player

Definitely worth watching.

Woohoo! A follower!

Nice! A new name for "stalker". ;) Fizz is gonna have to get a twofer deal on restraining orders... :D I'm serious though about the Funzio Hoodie thing. Forget about selling gold, go into full-bore into the merchandise thing. Ever been to an MLG event? Sheesh, those guys know how to merchandise!!!
