I hadn't really considered fruit a calming food, but now that you mentioned it, I do feel more relaxed after indulging in cool, chocolate-dipped strawberries that have carefully navigated the curves of a woman's body before being consumed. I didn't realize it was the fruit doing the calming. I always thought it was something else.
