What Cash Items are of GOOD VALUE?

So like the title says, what cash items are of good value? Obviously RP and gold items are superior, but which cash items give the most bang for their buck?

At my level, I would say meat cleavers, steel garrotes, riot shields, and 69 Camaro's have the most value. Discuss.

Hey Santa, At lower levels certain cash items are good value. As you move up lvls cash items are bad value, IMO. I am lvl 117 and will not think about adding cash weapons other than explosives other than items required for map quests. Which I have now stopped due to the nerfs.
SG and Riot shields are good value on the lower levels esp with a good economy

Yup - I don't value the cash weapons. Just RP and Gold.

I wouldn't go more than a 100-150 fbi shields to complement NVG's

Can you rephrase that? I didnt fully understand the question.

I have 100 mafia. Unless something happens, I plan to stay at 100 mafia. To be better equipped while I slowly accumulate NVB's, should I purchase some riot shields?

Example:

Buy 50 Riot Shields while accumulating NVB's instead of simply accumulating NVB's.
In the end, my defense would have increased by the same value. But my defense would increase much quicker in the short term with option 1.
