I know there was a post about degrading and upgrading issues as a result of the time change.
I've not played the game through a time change yet but because the clocks have gone forward an hour people are able to rob my buildings before they are ready to be collected in my hood. When it counts to 0 in my hood, its already been robbed and there is nothing I can do about it. I've lost about $200k because of it now!
Anyone able to help at all?
