I remember the last event War Priest was wanting a police truck.

I changed my mind on that. I imagined a police truck with light's on top. Not just a transport vehicle. =)

Yep. I got one opening a briefcase with gold, can't give you the stats as it appears to have been destroyed since. It looked fairly crappy though, and I reckon it may only go to players who are German (as I seem to get vehicles all the time from briefcases)

Scratch that, it just didn't seem to show up in my inventory. Att - 9 Def 20 I believe, Military Police Truck.
