Spent over 2300 energy still not one boss bag? Is there something wrong with my game?

I got 5 of them on my from one load of energy but i can't for the life of me get one on my second account.

Again... I am finding incredible drop rates at Junkyard "blue debris box" drop toxic waste! I got a lot here last event too. Cost 200 energy each hit.

I too am having hard time getting bags. It seems like the drop rate was lowered. I went through 30 stam and 900 energy to get one. Im camping out right now, and these events are making it hard not to level. If my first attempt to get one bag is any indication of what it takes to get one, then I will gain 2 levels by the end.

I got a bag from doing the maps and about 5 mins after it was taken from me. So it seems like the is no point getting the bags until a minute or 2 before you open it.

The problem is there is no count down timer with zero bags on hand. I can't get one to drop normally, let alone minutes before.

it does stink there is no timer with 0 bags. after i open a bag i check my own clock, and 55 minutes later start doing the shooting game booth. What better place where you can get boss bags and rusty m4a1s. Using only medium chances, I've opened 4 contraband, with 2 failed attempts, 1 $10K, and 1 mafia. Funniest part is that the 1 mafia came after I just successfully removed about 80 mafia from my list.

Hahahaha I got a few free mafia rewards too after deleting so many.

Um I've been hitting this hard all morning and I've received about 30 bags.
No real rhyme or reason. Pure random, some 4 in a row some not for 1-2000 more energy.
Time will tell.

I haven't had one drop since first one, like 4 hrs ago. I've never had a problem getting in past, had 70 left over on sig event. On emerald I just hit tea house and bam one would pop out almost every time. This drop rate sucks this time around:(
