About what level does it become hard to find players with 500+ to attack for TL goals?

I'm in the 130s & it is still very easy to find players to fulfill goals.
Not that I'm looking; I'm crawling around the campsite for now, no TL goals. Just robbing & HH when/if I level up.

I am at level 153 and it can be tricky sometimes. It's never impossible to find a rival to attack for Thug Life, but sometimes it takes many refreshes to find one.

My rivals list shows 20 rivals at a time. On average I can expect at least half of them to have a mafia size of 500 or less. Sometimes I get a page that shows me 20 499ers, sometimes I get 20 full mob rivals. On average though, at least half my rivals are 499ers. Of the remaining full strength rivals, some are too beat up, some I can attack (now they are too beat up), and the rest have fat wallets, or stats that I will never beat.

I usually go for people who have attacked me and find them that way. If they are 499ers I let them know what I think of them.

When all the new TL and HH goals where out i dropped down to 499 too, then i see everybody dropped down to 499 and i didnt want to be that 499 coward and got back to 500+

Now i am lvl 152 and the same as Dudeman says, i can hardly see any 500+ who i can atk, at this moment it feels i am the only 500 left because i get atk every hour and loose all from very high level players.
For now i decided to drop down too 499 again to get some peace on my end,i was colelcting my 12 hour buildings and lost 150k because i could not bank fast enough, i also see same people atk me 3-4 times a day i ask them to lower the atk wave a little or add me they respond with mass atk again so then no TL points from me at this moment.

i agree with everyone as far as lvl 150+ goes.

I will however chime in the fact that 499 or not i will attk you once to let you know i dont give a **** about your stance.

and yes im well above 500 mafia.

This is something that worries me. I have right around 500, had 700+ but scaled down.
I think I'll camp after 135.

How does this worry you? Are you worried that you won't be able to find anyone to attack, or are you afraid of being attacked? If you're doing all right you have nothing to worry about. I get attacked often and I usually win.

Ooh, sorry guys, it must be frustrating.
But on the bright side, many more players are leveling up... Hopefully the HL population is growing!

I hope they don't discontinue TL goals since I'm not doing them now, saving them for later knowing that the potential to earn 500RP several more times exists.

Doing the HH goals, it takes a few refreshes to find a player that...
1. Isn't too beat up already
2. Is my level or preferably higher
3. Has less than 500
4. Has a defense half of my attack.

It is slow going, but cool with me... I'm "crawling."

@K@le... I know what you mean. It is nice & quiet now & I don't feel like I'm being "farmed" by HLs.

I really wish Funzio would even it up by making participation in TL be ONLY for those with 500+.
I think that would make everyone happy.

Yeah, I didn't come up with it... don't know who did either. I think it is a good solution, worth repeating.

However, it is my idea to have TL be consecutive wins so players have to actually THINK before attacking randomly from the rivals list. Heh, not a very popular idea, I'm sure :p IDK if I have posted that anywhere before now. There is a lot IDK.

Should have all the TL goals for peeps with over 400 mafia. That way people who try to hide are at a disadvantage having 100 less members. Sad thing is the more people that have 500 and get constantly farmed the more people are going to reduce to 499 to preserve their stats.
Reducing the TL to 400 will mean there will always be more fish to farm.

The pool would be bigger & personally, I would rather get rolled all day than drop that many stat points.

If I was in your situation I'll be hitting 499 relentlessly because in a way if you don't complete a thug life it carries on to the next level and so on so even at lvl 200 you'll get your thug life goals to complete so hit the 499ers.

There is no reason to get angry at these people as they are the 97% that don't use the forum as stated by mark 'only 3% use the forum'

Attacking 499s & below fulfills HH goals as I level up while I'm "saving" the TL goals for later. HH goals carry over, too, but I gotta spend my measly 12 stamina on something & I like PvP-ing more than robbing... slightly.

My TL problem is that I only have 226 members (level 92) and can't find anyone with 420 or more members :/ Was easier with 100 mafia at level 50 :p

But I guess I have to have an "add buttloads" day so I can continue on the TL goals :)

I remember scouring the internet for hundreds of numbers, wrote them down, added them. Built better buildings and had better missions. Of course I am a total geek. (don't be like me) lol

regarding the 499 people and thug life goals. exactly what dudeman said. However, I am starting to feel really bad for beating up the same 5-8 people for TL goals. I've leveled up with these folks over the many months of being addicted to this game. Now that I am conscious of explosives and how much work it is to upkeep explosives, I'm starting to feel really bad about beating up the same few people because EVERYONE else has 499 goals. Should there be someway to reward the folks who bravely keep 500 mafia? Maybe if u have 500 mafia your explosives should last longer. Just a thought.... am I thinking too much? :o) Good luck with the event my friends. (i'm gonna cut and paste this to Lfizzle too)

I am tempted to drop to 499 again though, even though I hate that number. Starting to get a lot of credit card thugs attacking me and with these events going I can't afford to maintain explosives AND make cash attempts at opening mystery boxes. These events are becoming pretty fkin annoying.

Hi all, am at lvl 142 500+ and the 499s are very prevalent at this level. I am seeing rivals dropping down to 499 who were 500+ probably due to the hls farming them. I too am being hit constantly by, guess who, the 499s completing their TL and HH goals. It is very tempting to join them and hide behind 499 but to be honest I would rather take longer to reach my goals and instead focus on robbing every 499 I see. And the robbing has been good!!!! ;)

Yeah... It just seems wrong to do the TL goals with 499!

I think the TL goals were increased to stimulate HL play... like to keep HLs from getting too bored & happy with more RP to spend, which it did. Maybe they didn't figure so many dropping to 499 to miss the TL bulls-eye & only the few big gold spenders (err, & crate glitchers) running the pack down into the ground.

At the end of the Em event I dropped to 499 to lose the players fishing for TL goals. Losing attacks wasn't the problem, mostly... It was losing 50 def bombs over night & still winning attacks from players with stats half of mine who blindly attack from the rivals list.
Plus, not a ton of fun getting attacked by players 20-30-40 levels above you.
IDK, lots of reasons why I dropped. I'm a whimp? A little bit.
For now, I am NOT doing TL goals. I'm enjoying the game @ 499 & "crawling" with map quests & HH goals on players with LESS than 500.

@flop, yeah, been seeing that, too... Lotsa players in my levels 127-132 rivals list with 410-430 mafia. That is really low.
