S&M choker

Is anyone farming these and if so where?
I'm tempted by Blanca Diaz in Little San Juan but want to know if it's worth the 1.78M outlay.
When I first joined the forum there was a lot of stuff about the choker, think it had been nerfed or something, and since then I'v heard nothing about them. Are they still worth it?

I don't think 6 * 267 energy is worth it for a chance at the choker. I would rather try and get a Spiked Hammer at 3 * 158 at the Santa Maria Church in San Juan or Stone Hammer at the Warehouse at Pier 13 for 2 * 154. These items would hold you over until you were able to replace everything with Chain Whips which would take some time.

Option 2: skip chockers and go straight for the whips :)
