I just came across a player at level 120 with 5955 ATT / 7993 DEF.

Level 107, 1600/2300 or something. Ridiculously low.

You have to remember, mafia size plays a huge role in this.

Anyways, my one friend plays this game and she is horrible haha. Shes about level 100, has about 100 mafia members and her attack and defense are way lower than mine even.

Edit: The funny part is she thinks shes better than me cuz shes a higher level. She always brags haha

104 or 105 he was around 1000 defence and less than 1000 attak,

I have seen a couple of L200 with 500 mobs and less than 8k defence when I have attacked them, funiest part was the last one had 6500 def L200 500 mobs yet had spent at least $200 on gold items.

Remember when i first started seeing L200's they were alway the weakest around and would just blind attack any L200 although hardly see any now.

Came across a guy yesterday level 96, maybe 390 mafia with att/def of 1600/2100. Nice economy though. I enjoyed taking his level 2 lofts and level 4 Internet companies. Got his level 7 laundraumats too for good measure. I know some people don't care about fighting/robbing but it's almost hard to have stats that low. Like I said nice economy but he'd been robbed 5000+ times so he's only banking 40% of that income most of the time. Then he attacked back and left a note on my wall that I'm a bully and should only rob people on my level bc my att/def stats are over 10K with 280 mafia. I responded back that we are both level 96 and I'll see him soon.

I think I saw this person a few days ago, had a bit of a double take at first! than robbed them blind :)
Edit: and its not like they had no mafia members, they had about 450ish I think

I wonder how much energy this man has..

Level 99, 3 skill points per level up, skill points when you reach level 5 in an area.. something like 30x99=2970 + 150 additional energy by area levels.. 3120?
