I'm also that way about Warehouses, Pawn Shops, Comedy Clubs, Houses, and Museums. But especially the Houses, Pawn Shops, and Warehouses. Those are most of the high-income properties I see down at my level.

Kinda the same way I feel when I see LM, Collection Agencies and if I am lucky Lofts
At low XP but nice value with RP esp the loft which has the added bonus of a nice payout

Laundromats and Collection Agencies are my priority targets. I never see any hoods with lofts. I rarely see hoods with one or two movie theaters.

I only do MTs if they are level 4 or above, too much xp compared to the cash and rp.
I like lofts, houses, credit agencies, laundromats, dominicans (2+), internet (2+), brownstone (2+) and other high paying buildings :)

I honestly wish people that have level 1 Movie Theaters would stop covering them with a tree, because I rob it just in case it is a high level. I hate robbing any that are under level 3.
