New unfair glitch

SO, I opened a wall safe and was awarded $250,000 as my winnings. Cool, Ill take it. But when I hit okay I never got the funds. That sucks. Sent an email to Funzio and 48 hours later am still waiting on a reply. Is this typical?

i'm sure it was 25,000...and you probably just didnt notice the small increase, especially since you just spent x amount on opening the wall safe as well.

You talking about the response time or the disappearing cash?

If it is the latter then no, this usually does not happen, but isn't very weird that it has occured.

If if is the former, then not so much. The funzio team does pretty well with responding to tickets.

On a sidenote, the whole money refund thing in and of itself is a bit "up in the air" right now with reference to the relocation of a loot item (double decker bus), so hold tight buddy.

I think it was probably 25k and not 250k... haven't seen that amount before... but maybe it is super rare!

Customer service seems to be slow right now. I have tickets in for a # of days. I think they are probably swamped w/ the event and the pre-event issues.

Usually stellar. Hang in there.

I also have had problems with wall safes, the timer resets but nothing comes up, has this happened to anyone else.

The glitchiest thing i've had happen with wall safes is twice using the in game cash option it failed to open a safe, then it immediately let me try again and both times opened a safe.

My favorite is when there is slight lag when hitting safe and you tap again only to hit free option. I lucked out both times got emerald and widow maker. I thought it was a glitch at first because i did it 2xin a row, both with a drop. Thought I might of found the guarantee open with free option secret. This was not the case, I failed to open 2 after that:)

Same thing also. First time it failed, then immediately let me open another one for an emerald. Not complaining.
