Selling hoods is not allowed because you don't technically own any of your hood. I don't want to go looking for it, but CCM posted something along those lines a while ago.

That doesn't say anything about giving away your hood though.

But the way around it is to sell 'Xclusiv Coins' for real cash and then using the Xclusiv Coins ask people to bid for your hood in that currency that way you would have avoided any issues in the sale.

You paid real money for fake money. In game currency. You got what you paid for. You "owned" your gold bars for a while, and then you spent them.

If cc is like other online games I have seen and played than giving the account away would be againt the rules too as it still belongs to the game maker, I guess they have no way of telling you have not just transferred to another of your devices but I think giving and selling your account to someone else are both against the rules
