My supply boxes have disappeared

I downloaded the new version of modern war on Thursday and it was working fine. Even when I logged I around 2am this morning my supply boxes were still there.

So when I logged in today around 11am my supply boxes have all gone and I don't have the little graphic to click on getting supply boxes. I have checked with the app store and it says I am up to date. It is almost like I havent upgraded yet.

Has this happeneded to anyone else and how did they fix it? I also had 4 titanium bars :( and like 8 supply boxes left to open so I am really annoyed.
