If you bought 1500GOLD and got 100000 GOLD, I would say you came out WAY ahead. The extra allies sucks though.

Thats sooo cooool, thanks Funzio, for someone like me who build a none gold army, the 20% less casualties are important, but who cares? You seems to be only worried by dollars.

And, another thing, why the hell didnt u put this unit against gold? See the stats it could have been a 300/400 golds units...

I rly dont think i'll get the 10 T-bars, stuck for more than two days.

Or you know, you could have not spent gold and walked away with 3 essentially free indestructible units. They never forced you to buy gold. That was your decision. To be honest, I decided it wasn't worth spending gold on this event because the gold bars didn't guarantee a titanium bar.

Since day 2.. I was at 7 bars... Im damn sure Ive opened more than 250+ boxes to get 8th bar.. nothing.

For that money Ive spend.. I had more chance winning the real lottery than this ****.

Wow this game brings out the worst in all of us. So much anger and hatred comes out! Don't worry man, me too. I think I got a girlfriend out of it though. ;)

New to the forums yes. Been lurking for a couple months. I've been playing since december though. I'm not discounting the value of the 20% casualty unit. I've had my fair share of casualties and used many strategies to counter it. Including, using cheap high casualty units as cannon fodder, farming the free amphibious troopers to use as cannon fodder, and swapping out my army for lower casualty units. I'm just saying we shouldn't complain about a free event. They told us how the titanium bars and supply boxes worked. It's a gamble on a system that gets progressively less in your favor. The gold you spend on this event doesn't guarantee you 20% less casualty rate. You could have used the gold to buy cash to pay for infirmary upgrades and achieve a guaranteed 20% casualty rate as well. Or you could have spent the gold on outfitting your army with indestructible units for a 100% lower casualty rate. If they wanted the 20% casualty rate unit to be available for gold they would have just put it up as a special. Blaming the GMs for losing your gamble is no different from blaming the casino for blowing all your money on a slot machine.

I'm just as pissed too. 2 days stuck at 9. In crime, 3 days stuck at 7. In the previous cc event, my last 2 days produced nothing and finished with 9

Did the same thing to get my last 2 bars. Just got angry and next I know "blow torch, reset time, blow torch, rest timer, blow torch...". Good thing it only took about 6 times.

A lot got all 10 bars with only the knife, and I am sure a lot more got it with gold. Your choice. It's a business. You still said scam. That is not what scam is. A scam is giving somebody money thinking your going to get a service, but really don't. If you used gold on this event, you recieved a service! You blow torched a box and got something each time, or you reset the timer, and it did what it says. Saying this event is a scam is a premature judgement. If Funzio was a scam, they would have been taken to court and lost a long time ago.
