A class that increases loot drops when activated, but to balance this there can be a cooldown time such as with the "event" to prevent over-farming?

It can even be considered an addition to the goodfella upgrade. You can simply call it "Farmer" or to keep with the mob undertone, "Foot-soldier"

Or how about merging two aspects of the game? For example, before high end loot can drop in an area, a certain level of mastery must be completed before an item is able to be unlocked and farmed? That way you force people to become more active (thus leveling) and completing stories as well?
