Opening Wall Safe's Tips and Tricks

Does anyone have any suggestions on how many wall safes to keep on hand? Will the more you have increase or decrease your chances of opening? Anything related to this event please post? How many emeralds you have, if you used gold, and any tips to help us all work together.

You should keep 27 boxes on hand, nothing more, nothing less. Open using medium on the 27th minute of every hour, but you have to be 27 years old for it to work.

So you need to have the same number of boxes as your age? I'm 30 and I have 50 boxes. Somebody attack me so I can lose 20 boxes quickly.

if you face your ipod/ipad/iphone to the east at 7min past the hour at the forward most window in your house you are guaranteed an emerald, this has worked for me every time i have got 10 emeralds out of ten trys opening wall safes

You're looking for tricks and tips on how to open something that is completely based off of random chance tubbs, what kind of responses are you looking for?

You are correct. The more you have, the lower the chance of them opening. Thus, having zero s the best strategy as you will be able to open them 100% of the time. Conversely, if you have 100 they will never open- even if you spend gold.

That only confuses things further, as a single sock in this context is, by definition, missing its other half. I think what it means is that part of the formula is redundant. But which part?
