You misunderstand the concept. It does what they want it to do... make you frustrated and get money out of your pocket. That's how they need to make money as it's a 'free' game.

I think 8 is the magic number. Been there for 2 days myself. So close, yet so far, and that is exactly how Funzio wants you to feel. Just so we keep trying to get to 10...smh.
