A confused mind does not act. The game ceases to be fun or challenging when our ability to control our own destiny is foresaken.

I'd play til I got bored, which isn't far off if I cannot apply strategic thinking to gain an edge. I definitely won't spend any more RM.

They won't change the stats IMO. If they did that then why come up with a completely different gun for drops?

I would assess it based on the new att/def values they assigned. Nerfs generally suck for committed players, which is what the forum regulars are. I would want to see where it put me in relation to other players who are typically on my rivals list. If I went noticably backwards compared to players with a lot of gold weapons, I'd be pretty annoyed.

Farming 500 items is a significant time investment, and from what I can see Funzio are saying they are respecting the time players have put in so far.

This couldn't and won't happen, it would be too ridiculous.

Full 500 was about a 3-4 month investment at full energy utilization depending on which era of M4 farming you lived through. :)

Yesterday you apologised, today you are perhaps even more grumpy.

I am sure I am not alone in finding that logging in here to try and find something sensible, only to find an ever increasing number of people making no contribution other than complaining about how unfair life is.

Everyone has the option of voting with their Delete button, or their wallet. I'd personally prefer if they did that silently, rather than throwing tantrums.

While it would suck if they nerfed it, it shouldn't matter in the long run. At endgame you're trying to have RPGs replace the M4A1 anyway, the M4A1 outshines the RPG in defense stats, but people care much less (IMO) about that than the attack stat.

I'd file a complaint, ask for some gold in exchange for the difference, then look for something else to farm with higher stats while using the gold for gold buildings to increase my income.
