Possible to get 10 Titanium bars without using gold?

I was wondering if anyone is on track to get all 10 titanium bars without using gold, I just got my 2nd bar and I have done about 20 box opening attempts.

I have 7 and 5 bars on two different accounts. I think its possible, but you have to be a little on the lucky side, or be able to pick up all boxes you can throughout the day.

It is not easy but some got all 10 without gold on the cc events. I'm at 6 bars right now.

The problem for me is not getting the boxes it's getting them open, I have 11 boxes

i think its possible but u must open 16 or more a day to have a small chance.

I currently have 22 boxes and I've opened about 6.

The fail rate is extremely high, but that might be related to my level.

I open a box maybe 35%-40% of the time i try. I open at every hour and i had an extra 6 days from beta. So far im at 8 and i don't know if i'll get to 10.

If i don't get the 9th today, i dont see myself getting the 10th.

Of course it's a lure to buy gold, that is probably why they did the 20% less unit. That is probably the fix, but they want you to pay for it.

My guess is not without getting at least 60 + boxes, and using the rusty knife on all of them, and even then probably not. I have 8 bars right now, but I used gold to open some of them.

This whole promotion is designed to get you buy gold. Period. And even though I've used gold, I'm against that. I think this is the perfect promotion to allow free players who don't want to spend $$ a chance to win items that normally only gold players can obtain. Makes for a more level playing field.

TRUST ME - Gold opens might guarantee that the box actually opens - but the BS loot like an extra Allie, 300 Valor points, or loot units that have decent stats but are not indestructible really is MORE frustrating than not opening the box at all without gold.
