Cool Down period after opening Supply Box --> 2 hour instead of 1 hour?

Am i the only one that noticed (only once on my side) that i had to wait 2 hours instead of 1 hour as cool down period after an attempt to open a supply box?

Did I get a special free punishment for failing to open the box? :)

That messed up during daylight savings i think. It was fixed not long after though.

That also messed up a bunch of missions i had 6/7 14/15 and 7/8 that i was saving up for to get me my nanotech. Sent them a ticket, but no response so far.
