Urban Warfare Vest

Hey all, I'm new and I hate to ask this common question.

During random reading in some topics on the forums, I understood that I should have 500 of best guns, melee, explosives, armor and vehicles.

So correct me if I'm wrong,
guns: M4's
melee: CW
explosives: depends on how your economy is going
vehicles: combining DD's and Exelero's.

but what about the armor item?
I see a lot of people that farming the Urban Warfare Vest (they have like 100-200 of thos). Is it worth the time and energy to farm it?
And what about the respect armor items, like NVG and FCG?
What should I go for?

I went NVG the way combined with loot armor. 16/16 & only 300 RP's. Also, w/ the 16/16, n a fight it will probably choose that one. Most other armor has lots of defense & no attack. pretty awesome deal.

Urban vest is a nice placeholder, and is currently my thought after DDs. I would save all RP for CWs see if there are better choices available in new content once those goals are met.

As for armor, you can't always limit yourself and wait for the things in the long run. I'd say do both NVGs and vests. As of right now I'm doing one day best farming and the next day at Leila with DDs

Ghost, shouldn’t I spend my respect on FCG (instead of NVG) + farming vests?
I thought that I’ll not use NVG in a higher level, is that true?

In my own case, it is going to be an awful long time before night vision binoculars are replaced as attack armor.

That's not true I'm level 146, and still use them when I attack people all 205 of them. While defending I don't know maybe someone can attack me and post a screenshot?
EDIT:I also use all 133 of my Urban warfare vests during attacks, 11/20 stats.

I find them near impossible to get but the Killer Goggles were good little loot at 16/17 must be the best attack amour loot but the drops so badly nerfed you get 1 in 20,000 energy maybe there isn't a drop left

I honestly don't see urban war vest getting nerfed.

Even as a loot 11/20, how much more lower can it get.

We need the people in the back room to sort out the in game weapon pricing and give us some nice new ones that don't takes year to save and own.
