I am saving up for a Nightclub as of now and was wondering if anyone who has good knowledge about it could confirm its details. Here's what i THINK i know so far

Mine finishes tonight, I could build another one right away but i'm going to follow ROI and upgrade my first one to level 3 before i build the second.

I hated 8 hour buildings and andjusted if it wasn't for the NC i would never adjust to 6 hours this is my logic.

Would I wake for 2 lvl 1 nightclubs no, what about 2 level 2 nightclubs probably not but for 2 level 3 nighclubs I will.

And if you don't want to wake up then don't, even at 2.4 collections a day (.4 representing when it gets robbed overnight) it's still one of the best in the game.

its a vaild point, i just cant (or havent) justified speading that much on a building setting
up to be someones atm..

I had the bank 2 weeks ago and went with 2 rock cafes upgrades and built 2 hotels
Im comfortable with the move, not sure what the next one is...

I've been doing a lot of math and calculating. and if any of you are in a similar boat as me (18k/hr) read this

according to my math in comparing ROI, cost, and upgrade time, it is wisest to ONLY upgrade Mts (not having lofts yet) back and forth when both upgrades are affordable back to back. In the down time, upgrading lower lvl buildings to 10 (italian, laundry, ice-cream, etc). In doing so, your hourly income will start to double rather fastly. I have two lvl 3 MTs and I will continue this method until lvl 6 then save for the first NC. But as Euchred mentioned,

this will be my course of action as well wen affordable. I suspect to have both lvl 6 MTs within 2 weeks.

Sounds like you've got it figured out. My camper has 2 lvl7 MTs and 2 level 5 lofts with an income per hour of 82k and I started to save for the first one I should be there in 2-3 weeks.

On my main account my NC finished building and I've got 52 million in the bank, a few more days and I'll be ready to take it to level 2. Level 3 is a little more tedious but the palms I'm going to build in 5 levels should help.

That building spreadsheet is a godsend. I got rid of all my 1,3 & 6hrs, but went w/the nightclub cause w/ tycoon it's payin over 192k every 6hrs & u will probably at least hit 2 of them a day & that's 400k n the pocket. Be charitable & let some poor soul rob it that other time. Ur still bankin serious $$. :)

So I don't entirely buy into the ROI spreadsheet in this instance. You need to factor in that you could be building your second nightclub, while simultaneously upgrading other buildings on your ROI list. I consider time more of a limiting factor than money at this point, so I want to be building and upgrading at the same time whenever possible.

The nc is freakin awesome... i get all my collections. I would build one and save for the upgrade right afterwards. I have one nc at level 2. I plan on building my second one in a few days and then taking it right to lvl 2. I wish they weren't 6 hour collections though. :(

i have 2 nightclubs, one at lvl 3 and 1 and lvl 2
1.5 mil every 6 hours

its great! saving for the next one
