I have seen people with this weapon and when i click on it the message comes up saying it s a loot item, where can I pick on of these up from?.

The golden Gatling gun and the golden grenade launcher both come from completing the goals for achieving certain attack and defense scores. You should get them after you have 28k+ attack and 36k+ defense.
