Don't believe it was formalized. Just part of a thread. I recall lofts, clothing stores, empire theaters, collection agencies and hi lvl laundromats. That's just my recollection, you can get confirmation from TS. This is strictly for rp hunters who want to minimize exp points to avoid lvling too fast just to clarify in case my initial comment was vague.

I can concur with Tramp. The game codes and metrics confirm that Collection Agencies and Empire Theaters are the best possible builds.
