Where did this sweet loot item I have come from?

Going thru my inventory I found an item called an Eviscerating Blade worth 30 attack & 17 defense. I've picked up 4 of them along the way but never noticed where I got them. Do any of you know about this item or where to farm it out? IM me if you do!

I do need to find a good melee item to farm out though. I'm accumulating chain whips very slowly & was wondering if there's anything decent to farm as far as melee goes.

Just hit it, yes 250 energy & the item is 10/9. Only a little bit better than the steel garrote, but much cheaper. Thanks for the tip.
