concrete factory missing

Hello all, level 60 here, and I have never had an option to purchase the concrete factory or any "boost" buildings. Am I missing something? None of these show up in my store. thanks...

Try re-installing the app. That is usually the problem.

I think you need to update Modern War. I saw all the boost buildings and didn't know how ppl got them until I updated to the latest version
