I got some gold for the event and thought about spending some on explosives (I currently have none). The gold ones do not have the "consumable" tag, but I want to make sure that is true before I spend gold on one.

They are also a good investment from a gold item perspective. Since they are non-consumable, unlike their cash counterparts, sustaining a cash equivalent att/def using explosives is nearly impossible. Plus, in the case of the Fortune Teller, it has the third highest total points per gold ratio of any non-crate weapons. The best six crate weapons take the top six slots for points/gold, then the Combat Belt at 1.300 points/gold, then the Skull Breaker at 1.267 points/gold, then the Fortune Teller at 1.160 points/gold. Generally, anything with a ratio of 1.1 points/gold or more is a good buy since less than 1/3 of gold items meet or exceed that ratio.

I wasn't drunk when I made the typos, but I've been drunk all day today, starting from 11:00 AM. Beer day w/ friends. Multiple rounds of Founders KBS and Dogfish Head 120 min IPA for anyone who knows what I'm talking about. I know it seems early, but this was a makeup day for Groundhog Day when we normally get started at 7:00 AM.
