Casino pain

For you folks who are approaching level 185, the casino footprint is 10 x 10 and takes 144 hours to complete. So not only did it takes many days to collect the 60 million, you are also penalized by a 6 day build. What a pain. <sigh>

You mean you didn't make some space for it in advance? :p I'm level 181 and hoardng the 60 mill...half way there! yeah, all the top-end building are 144 hour builds...hope the payouts are gonna be worth it...$900K or $990K for Tycoon class. Actually it's ROI is quite high also :( But, like it or not the Casino is the current 'marquee' building...so we all gotta build 'em eh to show that we've 'arrived' lol!

144 hours is pretty standard at high levels isn't it? Pretty sure thats how long my office block's took so not too fussed about 144 hours just wish I could hurry up the leveling to 185

General rule of thumb seems to be about 155% of the build cost so at a guess with out checking the spreadsheet would guess a little over 90M
