Lockbox event?

Is there a lockbox event for modern war in the near future?? I really enjoyed that on crime city!! Received cool indestructible items. And it served its purpose, I'm sure the goal was to get people to buy gold, and I did!!

It's a timed event where you get "lockboxes" via loot but can steal them via PvP. Once an hour you can attempt to unlock them using one of three options: free, cash, gold. If opened, you get some sort of loot. A diamond is preferred. Regardless of outcome you must wait 1 hour before attempting another open. There are four highly desirable weapon rewards given when reaching certain diamond totals.

Sounds a lot better than this stupid crate event we have. Its only for gols buyers and it gaurantees cheaper gold units. Common drop is a gold unit with the stats of a regular 50 gold unit so theres no way to lose unless theres a chance to get nothing.
