Hey Everyone,

I am not sure which section I am suppose to post this in but I have had enough with a specific player who is continuously farming players of high rankings! He is at level 102 and I was at level 100-101 and even though I was stronger, and he would lose at attempting to rob me, he was very persistent at robbing me and will do it 5+ times per hour, every hour and it had been like this for the past 4-5 days straight! It is absolutely ridiculous!!! I know we have all had our share of farming, whether we have done it, or it was someone else to do it to use, but I can guarantee no one has ever been like this player! I have had enough with him, and I have tried sending my code for him to add me, and no instead he just kept robbing after robbing (because attacking me he would lose).

It's sad and unfortunate that this prick had killed the game for me because I really enjoyed it. I did get pretty high with my stats, was extremely happy when I got the diamond sig in the lockbox event, and i played the game often and even spent a couple of hundred of dollars on the gold bars (mainly for the lockbox event, housing and some weapons). This player left me no choice because he just kept robbing me every singe hour, and I just had enough! I deleted my hood, deleted everything from it and it is unfortunate because of a coward like this player. So whoever is in the 100+ level, start attacking BATTLECRY31 and teach him a lesson or two before he makes more gamers quit and loose interest in a great game!

no I havent. There is no point to attack him because he is 1 weak, and 2 has barely anything decent to rob except a warehouse, brownstone, and internet company.

He even tried attack me now and he lost. He is so annoying I swear!

I am surprised he can find you that often then. One time, for about 5 or 10 levels I was stuck in an incredibly limited rival list of maybe 2 screens worth of the same people. It went away.

Just ignore, level, and he will go away.

one thing you can do is let him pass your level and let him bug other players
for the meantime, dont ROB him so he cannot come back to your hood, just let him attack you since he will just lost the fight

You should make a suggestion to the developers that they take out any player interaction. That would drastically improve this game, wouldn't you say? My next suggestion would be to complain about the guy on an internet forum, but I can see that you've already thought of that.

Once those options have been tried, however, you might be forced to actually play the game and either accept it or do something to make yourself less of an attractive target. Shocking, I know, but some of us actually resort to this crap.

several solutions:
1. tardiness robs us opportunity.
this is perhaps the best method of defending oneself against robberies. COLLECT ON TIME.

2. ignorance is a bliss.
i don't know what your income is and how your economy is structured (predominantly short collection vs long collection times). it is generally difficult to collect all income, esp. 15min, 1 hr and 3 hr incomes. so, concentrate on 12/24/48hr collections and cut your losses for those buildings you can not collect. eventually, one of you will level up.

3. let the harvest rot.
this is a strategy where you purposefully not collect on either all your buildings or at least those you are certain you won't collect on time. if you don't collect, the income timer will not cycle and your rival won't be able to rob you. frustrate your rival by waiting for a few days, and then start collecting again. hopefully, you will no longer be in your rivals crosshairs.

4. wall of china.
this strategy employs strengthening your defenses by building defense structures and upgrading (no higher than lvl 3). obviously, this strategy takes considerable amount of time. while you may not be able to defend against BattleCry31 today, you will surely protect yourself against another bully in the future.

obviously, the above strategies are not mutually exclusive. combining some or all will yield better outcome.

Great advice from Whocares.

There is a difference imo between normal game interaction (which can include someone who fails on many of their attacks and litters your screen a bit) to another who comes back again and again just to light up your screen every few minutes to ruin your newsfeed and annoy you. (Unless you are in an aggressive mob war!)

Anyway, if your planning to start from scratch, better plan it properly, dont put building that will put you on harms way. Like what they said, put money building if you can extract them on time, otherwise you will just invite tons of robbers to your hood.

It seems like he was collecting his big money makers on time--most likely because they were 12 or 24 collection buildings, but his pawn shops, landromats, delis and other **** was getting robbed. I sold all my low end buildings both so I wouldn't have to worry about collecting them and to make room to build better stuff since I didn't want to buy an expansion when I could just sell my ****ty laundromats and stuff.

Im on level 100 and can easily level to 101 and look for him. I dont mind dealing with this Bozo, but in the end you quit by selling your stuff off.

Get used to it the game is designed this way on purpose to get you frustrated and buy gold items. Just look at Payam get farmed get pissed off spends $10,000+ on items and now farms others of which some get pissed off and spend **** loads to beat him while some of us just laugh at how pathetic he is and move on and accept we get attacked every hour.

Net result funzio makes an extra $50,000+ caused by one person. At high levels it is very easy to find people so if someone wants to keep attacking you and there is nothing you will be able to do about it, but at the end of the day if you are so insecure you care about a slightly worse win/loss ratio then it is best to just quit now otherwise you will end up spending $000’s on items to beat them

2. Delete Crime City from your phone.

Not saying you do, saying IF you camp. Since a lot of people do then complain the game is boring.

Depending on level a level every two days is pretty slow at L152 the xp needed has increased a lot and a level normally takes 1.5 days up to L130 was getting one or two levels every day

That's not really possible. You can track when you robbed a persons property but you don't really know when they come and collect which is when the timer restarts. You might rob em at 10am but they dont come to collect till 11:30am and if their smart and see from their news that you hit them a minute or two before they got there then they can just wait awhile to collect. Plus you would need to find them on the rivals list at just the right time to do that unless they were stupid enough to put themselves on your wall.

The best way is to check em every time you see their name pop up or check at predesignated times if they're on your wall.

Sounds like you were really weak.

Robs dont' affect stats. Sucks if i get robbed but I've built my defense so strong i always win my robs. Folks are usually lucky i don't retaliate. A couple of folks try to be hot shots and shoot their mouths off - I destroy them, giving one guy 1000+ loses.

Next time you build, make sure you build ur defense strong (and i'm not talking defense buildings). Let folks TRY and rob you then.

No matter how strong you think you are, theres always someone stronger.
And even the strong ones get farmed, especially when theyve got a hood full of high RP buildings.
I see a couple of players (about 40 lvls above me) in my news from time to time. And i know theyre farming me as much as they can, theres not much i can do to prevent that, except collecting in time, banking etc....

I used to feel pretty bad if they managed to rob me for a few 100k orso, but even when they do, its only a small loss to me compared what i earn myself.

oh, I'm fully aware i'm not the strongest in the game.

I usually let bygones be bygones. But if someone shoots their mouth off, starts calling me names for using up my stamina on them; they will become my target. If they apologize (which one guy has done) I stop.

get more defense is all you can do, and your already winning half the robbings so your on a good path, last night i was robbed for over $900k by a lvl 195 player and i am lvl 135 is he a coward ? no he was lucky i had to synch my hood !
Just synch all your timers and collect at 1 time only !!
And stop crying about being robbed in a game where everything depends on robbing hahahaha, ow and i also put about €300,- in this game...........

I'm not even sure if anyone is farming me. I don't really pay much attention to the newsfeed or take "revenge" on anyone who successfully robs me. I just rob nice targets of opportunity with little regard of who the player is. I never write trash on anyone's wall or look for ant specific players to rob. Oh I get robbed everyday but that's part of the game isn't it? To sell all ypur buildings and quit playing just becoz u get robbed just amazes me.

My Empire Times only goes back 36 hours or so, but five attempts in that span. It's been weeks since anyone succeeded but there have been successful attacks, about one (set) per week on average. Five attempts and no successes in the Empire Times. It's gotten really quiet the past week. Mostly people are asking for advice rather than attacking me.

Five attempts and no successes in the Empire Times. It's gotten really quiet the past week. Mostly people are asking for advice rather than attacking me.
I don't know how you do it man. I'm pretty big. Level 95 18k\~22k real def. Looked at you and said "Hey, since there's only that much tough golddiggers, I can nobank too!". First night - down 245k :rolleyes: Got hit by Mr.BigSpenda. Maybe I'm just in a bad wave and should camp it out, I don't know. There's at least 5 big time funzio sponsors in my flow. And I have a suspicion that all of them are stalking me :D

I had this dumb b@stard try and rob & attack me last week. His stats are so incredibly awful I dont know who he could possibly rob successfully. I was playing at the time so it came up that he tried to rob me and he lost, I let it go, then a minute later he tried to attack me bc I had about 10K on hand. He lost again and lost 25.5K in the failed attempt - dude with bad stats carrying around 250K+. I jumped right into his hood and cleaned him out then saw that his economy was quite decent and he hadnt collected most of his higher end bldgs, so I relieved him of another 150K and posted a simple note on his wall - "know your enemy". He replies back and calls me a dirty player bc he was JUST about to bank his money when I hit him - then sends another messgae that I am a cheater bc I took too much off of him. Apparently there are rules to robbing (did I miss the memo).
So this guy pretty much guaranteed that I would be hitting him nonstop until he comes off my newsfeed. I hit him 2-3 times/day bc he never collects and always has at least 50K on him. Everytime he hits my wall with a msg attacking me, my mother, my sexual orientation, yada yada yada. I know I shouldnt respond but I do bc I think its fun. I dont curse or attack him back personally. What I do is explain to him what I have just done, how much I took, and tell him what I am going to spend the respect point on that I earned by beating him. Sometimes when I am doing a hardcore hitman or thug life challenge I'll wait til I only need 10 more fight wins then go to his hood to complete the challenge then thank him for the 650 respect points earned. It infuriates him further and he will actually still try and attack me and put himself back at the top of my news feed. I know, its petty, but he brought it on himself and I find it very amusing. All in all I have taken almost 2 Mil from him in the past week and there are still 17 to go b4 he comes off my newsfeed.
