Spend Gold

At what point should I spend my 10 gold bars and go on the VIP list? I am a non cash player and don't want to waste the only gold I have?

It´s not wise to spend those Golds on getting VIP-status as you can simply copy and paste allies ID-numbers or post yours on your opponents walls. Unfortunately you can´t do much with the initial 10 bars (like in Crime City, you could purchase two Basketball Courts or one Ice Cream Shop), so my suggestion is that you hurry either your expansion, vault upgrade or finish your building little faster.

(If you have second thought on spending little real money on this game, I´d suggest that you buy 50 bars more and build Solar Array as it gives nice economical boost on lower levels. Or if you prefer more PvP, wait until you can buy two of "limited edition" units that cost 30 bars each. )

Since y'all are talking about how to spend gold I have a quick question. I'm lvl 50 132 allies 3.2a 4.5d atm but rising daily. I have been a free player until I decided to drop a small amount on 200g so my quick question is what would be the best bang for my buck on units with 200g? Or should I wait till I find a good limited combo to buy? Just can't make up my mind which unit/s to spend it on. I welcome any input. Thanks.
