What are the best jobs out there. I am a level 89 and need cash to play catchup with buildings. Need highest cash to energy ratio

I suggest you farm M4A1s instead.

I know this does not answer your question but that is my advice based on my own experience at your level.

You will get a little extra cash as a bonus.
