Not connecting to server

HELP!!!!!!!! Modern War wont connect to server!!!!!!
I feel ive been robbed by Funzio. Nobody will return my emails and there is no number to call that i can find.
IM SURE IVE LOST EVERYTHING INCLUDING DAYS OF MY LIFE AND $1,000.00 OF REAL $

Working just fine for me.

Haven't had an issue (knock on Agent of Love).

What I have experienced is that every now and then after a PVP I'll check the "Raid Result" and when I close that out it kicks me out of the game (using an iPad 2) and back to my home screen. I don't look closely enough to see what I have going into the raid to notice if it still counted my wins or losses when I get back in.
