3 buidings of a kind

Has anyonje else ran into hoods that have 3 buildings of a kind. Iv seen a guy with 3 wharehouses. ANother guy had 3 seafood restaurants. 3 houses. Is this a glitch or cheating/hacking?!?

It is a weak wi-fi or bad connection glitch, happens a lot.
I have heard of Funzio deleting buildings if reported, but IDRK for sure.

Somebody posted a screen shot a while ago on the forum of a hood with 4 houses, looked pretty cool!

There is a guy Tree i think is his name L170 or so who has 3 gents clubs which makes for a very nice pay out if you catch him while they are up, best part is he has about 50k defence so most people don't touch them so find them up more than you would think
