Double Deckers Update

I have been trying to farm the DDs at chemical plant police but coming up with absolutely nothing. Can anyone confirm whether the item has been nerfed? According to the spreadsheet the chance is 0.23 over 1000 energy...is that still valid? I have spent about 10,000 energy, so theoretically I should have about 2 instead of absolutely nothing so far.

Or should I invest in Leila in the red zone for the 1.4/1000 energy? seems like better odds-reward to me.

By the way, I think the whole fuss about the lockboxes and diamonds is ridiculous...Its a good thing to get everyone out there knocking out rivals, but to spend gold to open those boxes? bad joke, IMHO! :)

I have got 13 from Seymour Stone in the last couple of days on the HD version

I see people getting 60+ of these a day. With the amount of energy needed to run seymore stone, these people have to either have a ridiculous amount of energy and are refilling it, or are using multiple devices for the same account. Maybe a combination of both of those things. I just don't see any other way it would be possible.

I'm averaging about 10 a day from Red Light. Only drawback is having to buy the Hummers and Bulldozers.
