Not possible. He spent $2.8 billion just to buy 1000 Hummers. Why on earth would you do that? And if he had 1 million respect points, why wouldn't he buy Exeleros?

Do those stats accurately represent the numbers of the items displayed in the players inventory (not just the pics provided)? There has been that display bug going around, so while it does seem a little odd I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that it's impossible. Unlikely though.
