Best equipment to purchase to boost stats?

I'm not camping, but I am trying to level up a little slower to boost my stats. What cash items would you recommend purchasing to accomplish this? I am level 79, A:9557, D: 10,216. It's easy to find people at my level who are worse off, but I want to improve. I am also using RP to purchase items.

Firstly what is your hourly income, we can suggest items within your price range and what are you purchasing with your RP???

Hourly income is about 40k. I am upgrading my higher level buildings at the same time so this continues to climb.
With RP I usually buy night vision binoculars (currently have 92) and the occasional Yamaha race bike (25).
Are explosives worth spending much on?

Your on the right track with NVB's and Yamahas IMO...Work out which area you need to work on and focus on that, Farm M4A1's at Boardwalk Shooting Gallery if thats open for you as the stats are 20Att 22def. Buy Steel Garrotes 54k for 10att and 5 deff until you can start earning enough RP for Chain Whips. Explosives are a bit of a mystery to alot of players. Personally i love using them for a quick boost.

Try the Time Bomb (2att2def) for $250 and equip all of your mafia, in no time you will have an extra 1000att and def if you have 500 mafia for a minimal $125k

I started farming the M4A1 about a month ago and I have 125. I have slowed down recently because it seemed like at 42xp/hit I was leveling up kind of fast.

I have never worried about or had any problems levelling too fast as long as i kept up my PvP and farmed M4A1's.
