I seem to have completed all missions of attacking enemies... It is no longer showing up in my "Goals" list.
Have I just completed all the attack operations? Or is this a new bug?

What number are you at? The last one is at level 100.

You will probably get more when you reach L55 I saw this when I was leveling up where I would have to jump to the next level to unlock the next round of goals but they do end at L100.

So you completed the total war and force degradation operation operations for level 54, then? Don't worry, when you reach level 55 you will see a new batch of valor missions show up. They will come with each new level you reach up to level 100.

Thanks for the replies and clarifications. I was worried for a second the it would a step costly battle for more valor points.

Just leveled up to 55. Received new war operation missions- Now to regain all the valor units that I have been loosing. Damm, I need to stop posting stuff before that first cup of coffee- referring to my previous entry- grammar?

You actually get more after 100, just not as often. No valour points either at some point.
