Did your lockbox's disappear?

I have had five lockbox's disappear after receiving a push notification saying one was ready to open

Mine have disappeared on occasion. Usually they come back after quitting and relaunching the app.

I've never seen ANY lockboxes, but I have lost at least 2 to rivals who attacked me.
