once you get 3 lockboxes on hand, it goes back to normal loot
so the m4 loots out there, its still ok...dont panic :)
EDIT: Ok so now I have 4 boxes...so maybe this statement is incorrect, however i have seen a great influx of loot items since getting 3 lockboxes
I still got 6 m4's today so far
