PVP cash gain limit

Hey there,
I am writing this post because I just got badly mad. I had 140k on hand, I'm pretty confident about my def at the moment, plus on my lvl people with high stats are mostly camping (therefore not attacking anyone), so I decided not to bank it. I am lvl 11. I visited a rival with... 1.5M cash on hand! I was like MAAAAAN GONNA BE RICHHH. Banked my cash (lost 14k) not to loose it in a fight (in case of a fail). I attacked him and I won! YEEE!!.... what? One tousand?! $1000 money won...

I would really appreciate an answer to my question: how is the limit counted? Does it depend on level, on mafia or on position of moon? Response from developers would be great.

There is a level cap. I don't know the algorithm. At the lower levels it appears to be $100 per level.

It's in the game data plist files. It's $30,000 at level 40 and doesn't go up after that.

It's always been 30k for me, even at very lower levels. That's 30k per hit, so maximum 300k per 10 hits. If you can easily find them on the rival list, try exactly an hour after you're done. If they just have so much that they don't care to bank it or aren't paying attention for hours on end, you could potentially get 300k per hour, every hour until they banked it or you got it all :p

Checked my records. $13k per hit at level 17. $25k per hit at level 35.
I believe I be able to hit 6(?) times at level 17, 7(?) times at level 35 before "too weak to fight" showed up.
