Travelling throughout 100's of hoods while leveling up I am quite frankly appalled by the lack of urban planning and design techniques used, or better said forgotten, by the majority of hood owners.

When I encounter 2 rows of buildings with their fronts facing towards each other I feel that I am doing the inhabitants a favor by robbing those stores blind...in the hopes the stores will go out of business and force residents to flee from their hell on earth.

Other hood inhabitants live in gulag or near concentration camp like conditions. Guard towers and machine-guns everywhere...truly a pity for those poor souls.

The zoning in many hoods does not take into account building density, sustainability, or green zones.

Very few hood owners take the time to give their residents the little in things that improve quality of life. Park benches, trees, or even basic sanitary items such as trash bins. No wonder why I see so few people walking out in the various hoods as most are likely ill or near death from the backed up sewers and garbage spreading disease throughout their neighborhood.

I often avoid attacking a well designed hood out of respect for the owner and their tenants. On the other hand, those hood owners who have the strip mall and suburban blight philosophy of urban desing..well, hell hath no fury like an architect scorned mind you!

Enough of my rant...the reason why I am here is the hope some like minded community members would consider starting a Hood Owners Association group with the goal of supporting members who do take into account solid zoning, quality of life, and sustainability issues within their communities...and who unleash the dogs of war on those who do not!

If you are a like minded individual who believes in the finer things in life and is dedicated to sharing them with your hood inhabitants then please me know via a reply here...together we can and will clean up crime city, maybe not of violent crime but of a crime that is equally as reprehensible...bad taste.

I will take this opportunity to found S.L.U.M.L.O.R.D., a place where owners of ****ty looking hoods unite (and sell each other drugs and Christian Louboutin knockoffs).

There are 2 issues with Tramp Stamp's proposal that need to be addressed.

1. Its reactionary. Solid political parties are not founded on reactionary grounds, rather they tend to be visionary or setting their own independent agenda rather than as a response to another organizations agenda.

2. No reactionary aka "anti" party or organization has succeeded in the long term of defeating the premise it is against as the party being reacted against just changes its agenda enough to where they moot the anti-party or organizations rhetoric.

To get to the point lets do that thereby, setting the overall tone of the Agenda of the Hood Owners Group I envision by demonstrating the differences between that vision and Tramp Stamps.

Preamble

The most successful criminals shield themselves with politicians, judges, and lawyers via being well connected to all three. On the other hand, governments and the military often use criminals to further their own agenda so it ends up being a mutually beneficial relationship.

Investment Banks leveraged America to the hilt, the bankers walked away with millions and in some cases billions in worth, and it is the American taxpayer who will pay for their crimes to the tune of about 15trillion dollars or the size of the US economy.

The CIA has helped to supply US urban minorities with drugs for some time primarily to destroy the Black Power movement. The CIA supplies weapons to freedom fighters or terrorists depending on which side of the fence US policy happens to be on at the time.

If I am going to be a criminal in crime city I want my hood to have government buildings, lawyer offices, legislatures, and investment banks as the fronts. I want the people in my hood to be well taken care of as their level of comfort is equal to their level of complacency regarding my criminal affairs. I want my minions to have a high quality of life and distractions to help them forget that they are serving pure evil.

Therefore the platform in the OP I put forth of solid urban planning, etc. serve the above agenda rather well.

I thought for a few moments and reflected back to past experiences in my life which may or may not be accurate reflections of you, but in any case I thought I would share them...

In my younger day's as general counsel for a start up company, living in Florida, and not knowing anyone I had a couple of options. 1) I could date the female colleagues or their friends who were all after the same thing I was, early wealth and power. That did not really interest me...

I spent some of my professional time and a good deal of my personal time at exotic dance clubs as it seemed a lot of the people I connected with in business liked to spend their time at such places as well. I am originally from Norway, and we don't really have such clubs as they do in the Tampa area, so it was I guess like a Disneyland for adults if you will.

Sorry, I don't do French, if it was 50 years ago I probably would, as it used to be an important language and a key one for international diplomacy...now the only people who are learning it en masse are one's the average "French" person considers undesirable......According to cablegate, it appears both Sweden and France both do not recognize ethnic minorities in studies regarding equal opportunity employment and equality in society....why someone would want to affiliate themselves with a backward culture and language is beyond me...my kids will learn Mandarin as those people are likely to be our future master anyway.
