mine are at lvl 6. 96.8K/24hr. not upgrading them to level 10 any time soon because my strategy is to spread upgrades evenly between all the buildings i own (using the spreadsheet, concentrating on 12,24,48h).

I am level 5 with both right now. The ROI in the surface appears to diminish a little on these as you get higher.

Im loving my Nightclub which is upgrading to level 2 :), lofts are fine for me at lvl 4 and Dominicans at lvl 5 are doing nicely

The 6 hour times don't bother me, i always collect 3 out of 4 and sometimes 4 out of 4, I don't mind helping the economy grow with looters circling me everyday...
