Can anyone tell me please how long it takes to construct a Diamond mine and how long after completed construction it begins to pay out the lolly!??

As far as I can recall, the construction time is less than 1 minute, so, u can treat it as instantaneous.

It pays you every 12 hour.

But cost 10million to upgrade to level 2.

Level 2 Diamond mine produces 180K per 12 hour hours. And costs 16,5 millions to upgrade level 3 for income of 315K/ 12 hours.
